What a fantastic, wonderful, amazing concept! UC Berkeley is making all lectures for quite a number of their courses available for free on the Internet as Podcasts!
I just began listening to the first of a number of courses that I've 'subscribed' to - Physics 10 - Physics for Future Presidents... The first lecture was about 90 minutes long, that's just 2 commutes for me :) Fasinating and of course very educational...
Just searched around, and found the website of the instructor and a link to the course website, http://muller.lbl.gov/teaching/Physics10/PffP.html where all of the course materials also appear to be available for free, including the Textbook chapters,etc... Amazing! Just think once the $100 laptop project gets going, you could have millions of children in impoverished countries having access to this high quality education for free... Awesome!
Search through the list of courses, pick one that interests you and do it! Why not?

Cover story from Time magazine, a very interesting read regarding the God vs. Science debate, featuring Richard Dawkins - I think you have to watch an Ad in order to read the whole article for free... I have a copy in email if you can't be bothered - I'll forward it over to you...

A few cool book that really champions many of the concepts of being transhuman...
Chapters on Gene Therapy, Neural Implants, Life Extension, some fascinating information on past and present research in these areas and insightful dialog regarding the ethics and morality of the implementation of these technologies...
Fascinating stuff!
Next up is The Universe in a Single Atom by the Dalai Lama... I've seen the Dalai Lama interviewed on TV a few times and he seems like a very cool guy, I thought this book which really focuses on the intersection of science and spirituality would be a good fit with much of the thinking I've been doing lately... So far, so good! :^)

I think a lot. Some people say I think too much... However, I don't want to be seen as being aloof or pretentious, it's just that I really enjoy philosophical questions and deep thoughts. That's not to say that I don't find pleasure in more down-to-earth or trivial things, like beer and soccer :)
I'm happily married with 3 wonderful children.
I'm a partner in a technology services company based in Toronto.
