SparkPeople Arlene showed me this website, what a great resource! www.SparkPeople.com It's a website started by this guy who seems to have already made his millions by building an online auction site that was bought up by eBay back in the dotcom boom, anyway, the site is designed to be this great resource for health/fitness/diet, and has some fantastic features, a message board, all sorts of tracking of what you're eating, the exercise you're getting, etc, etc... And it's totally free!

I need to get back on track, I'm not gaining weight, but seem to be stuck in the 198-200 sort of range... Lowest I've been is 196.5, I want to keep up the cardio and cut down on the beer and I'm sure I'll hit 195 and that'll be my new plateau for a while....  ¶ 9:23 PM
