I've had my iPod for over 6 months now, and I'm really in love with the concept of Podcasts, here are my favorites that I listen to regularly.

Five Live 606 Football Phone In (

A football (soccer) phone-in show from the UK, features football fans calling in after the day's matches discussing results, their thoughts about team selection, etc, etc...
Sportsweek (http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/programmes/sportsweek.shtml)Another UK sports show, mostly about football, it's weekly, has VERY good guests, good insight about the top issues in Football.
Diggnation (Video Podcast) (

Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht from Digg.com discuss some of the most popular / their favorite stories from digg.com - irreverent and geeky, it's a great show...
Quirks & Quarks (

Another CBC podcast, this one is all about science, very interesting, normally follows a Q&A type format, callers call in with interesting science-related questions, and host Bob McDonald hunts down an appropriate scientist to answer them, also covers science-related news, again educational and entertaining.

I'm not too wild about this one, because it's american, and the 3 hosts are American, but they do cover important and interesting tech stories, it's daily...
So there you go... Lots of interesting stuff, and it's better than listening to the Dean Blundell show all the time...
