Winning the Battle...
Little 'Diet' update... I hit 200lbs for the first time today... So I'm down about 27 lbs... I'm committed to having a really good week this week after doing lots of drinking (World Cup Matches, Beer Festivals, Montreal, Keg Parties...), over the past 4 weeks... My new goal is 180lbs, so I'm over half way there now... Time to shop for some new clothes... How have I done it?
- Lots of Cardio (100-150 mins per week)
- Extra exercise wherever possible (stairs instead of escalator, walk to the store, etc)
- Cut out stupid calories (French Fries, Beer during the week, no Sugar in my coffee, etc)
- No snacking at night (Chips, etc)
